Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuc, Director of the Telecommunications Authority, stated, ""With the successful auction of the mentioned radio frequency usage rights, the ministry has officially granted licenses for the establishment and provision of 5G terrestrial mobile services starting from April 11, 2024. Thanks to that, businesses can expedite the commercialization of 5G services nationwide in 2024. This will establish a new infrastructure that promotes the development of the digital economy, digital society, and digital government in Vietnam."
