Viet Nam - France aim for deep, strategic tech cooperation

On August 28, 2026, Minister Vu Hai Quan received Mr. Olivier Brochet, French Ambassador to Viet Nam. The Ambassador came to pay a farewell call at the end of his term of office in Viet Nam.
