Minister Vu Hai Quan works with major US technology corporations: Anthropic, Amazon, and Oracle
<p>On September 22, 2026, in New York, Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan held working sessions with leaders of top US technology corporations, including Anthropic, Amazon, and Oracle.</p>

At the meetings, corporate representatives expressed keen interest and proposed various areas of cooperation with Viet Nam, including artificial intelligence (AI), data centers, digital transformation support for businesses, tech talent training and development, as well as exploring the possibility of establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Viet Nam.
Minister Vu Hai Quan affirmed that the Vietnamese Government welcomes and creates favorable conditions for US technology corporations to invest in and expand their operations in Viet Nam.
The Minister stressed that Viet Nam aims to go beyond merely attracting investment to partnering with international tech giants to foster technological capacity, cultivate talent, and build innovation ecosystems in Viet Nam, thereby contributing to national economic growth and enhancing national competitiveness./.
