Celebrating World Creativity and Innovation Day, 21 April
<p style="text-align: justify;"> On 21 April 2026, the Ministry of Science and Technology held a ceremony to mark World Creativity and Innovation Day. Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan and former Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung attended the event.</p>

At the event, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Le Xuan Dinh said that innovation serves as the link between knowledge, technology and practical value, and plays a decisive role in strengthening national competitiveness and enhancing the country's standing in the new era.

• The Agency for Startups and Technology Enterprises officially introduced the National Strategy for Innovative Startups.
• The National Technology Innovation Fund announced Decree No. 77/2026/ND-CP.
• VnExpress launched the Science Innovation Contest 2026.
