The Authority of Central Post is a special ministerial information unit, which performs the function of ensuring information and communication to the Party and State leaders to important key posts in the direction work, confidential and in the case of emergency in accordance with the law.
The Authority of Central Post has its tasks and powers according to Decision 162/QD-BKHCN dated March 3rd 2025 of Minister of Science and Technology prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Authority of Central Post.
